MY EXCELLENT EASY SUCCULENT PORK NOODLES AND POTATOES SOUP
A SIMPLE LIGHT WONDERFUL SOUP FOR A COLD WINTER DAY. JUICY TENDER CHUNKS OF PORK WITH A FEW BIG CHUNKS OF FLAVORFUL STEAMY POTATO. ACCOMPANIED IN A BROTH WITH TENDER NOODLES.
In a 6-qt. pot with a lid:
Bone-in 3 lb. pork roast
Cover roast with water about 1 inch
3 bay leaves
Splash of vinegar
6 cloves crushed garlic
Chopped onion
MSG (Accent)
Lawrys seasoning salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Small thin rib of a celery-end with its leaves (about 5 inch length) chopped
The small thin end of a parsnip root (about 4 inch length) chopped
Stir up the pot a little
Put in 5 medium potatoes large chunked
Put whole stick of salted butter on top
Cover
Bring to a boil then reduce to a VERY low heat
Cook very low heat covered - -
De-bone after 2 1/2 hours, break up meat, cover, then cook another 30 minutes (do not cook flavor and juiciness completely out of the meat ! )
Throw in 3/4 bag of noodles and cook 15 minutes more until noodles are cooked but NOT SOGGY
