PERFECT MICROWAVED EGGS FOR A SANDWICH

In stock: no

MICROWAVE TWO LARGE EGGS FOR A SANDWHICH:

Invest in a cheap plastic dome-cover for inside the microwave. It traps steam which aids in keeping foods tender when microwaving, and prevents splattering the inside of your microwave oven. Very handy and can be found at any dollar store.

-On a SMALL 8 inch paper plate melt a pat of butter (covered with another small paper plate) for 30 seconds in microwave covered with the plastic dome.

-Sprinkle some garlic powder over the melted butter.

-Crack 2 large eggs on the melted butter and break the yolks to flatten them a little.

-Season the eggs. (I just use a tiny bit of Accent brand flavor enhancer found in any supermarket spice section.) NO SALT. There is enough salt in the mayo and cheese!

-Place cheese on ONE of the eggs if desired. Velveeta cheese sauce in the pouch is good (but salty so watch out).

-Cover with another small paper plate and microwave for 1 1/2 min. covered with the plastic dome.

-Cut egg mass in half with fork and place each half on a slice of WHITE bread.

-Squirt some Kraft mayo on another slice of white bread and place it on top of the eggs.

NOTE:

-This recipe was made using a 1000 watt microwave oven. You may need to slightly adjust your cooking times.

-Only use SMALL 8 inch paper plates and 2 eggs, or the consistency may not turn out right .

-Be VERY careful placing the paper plate with the raw eggs in to the mocrowave. The raw eggs can slip over the side very easily. Carefully place in to the microwave AND THEN place the other paper plate on top.

-This recipe turns out perfectly for me every time. The eggs turn out tasty, succulent, tender, moist, and cooked through.
